Govt Primary School Holiday List 2021 In Bangladesh

Every year Bangladesh Government authority Ministry of Education revealed a full-year holiday calendar for the primary school. This calendar is known as the Primary school academic calendar.

According to the calendar 2021 education year start on 1 January and it will end on 31 December, as usual, another academic year.

Total 85 days leave in 2020 for primary and secondary school. In the Intermediate sector, the college leaves 80 days out of 365. There have 46 compulsory holidays and 20 days’ leave for optional holidays.

Note: Some of the religious holidays depend on the moon.

In the holidays list the biggest vacation start from 14 April to 19 May (31 days) includes Ramadan, Buddu Purnima, Baisakhi Purnima, Shab-e-qadr, jumatul bidah and Eid al-fitr.

Three exams will be held by the academic calendar. The first periodical exam starts on 15 April and ends on 23 April.

The 2nd periodical exam held from 9 August to 20 August.

The most important final exam starts on 2nd December and will end on 15 December.
